01. Definitions & Agreement
"Plexaverse" (or "we/us/our") provides an AI-powered automation scheduling ecosystem designed primarily for LinkedIn professional enhancement. "Customer" (or "you") references the individual or company accessing these Services.
If you do not agree entirely to this Agreement, you must abstain from using all provided functions. This Agreement is legally binding upon initial access to the Services.
02. Platform Rules & LinkedIn Independence
Crucial Operational Boundary
Plexaverse is an entirely independent tooling layer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
You are solely and comprehensively responsible for ensuring your usage of our scheduling framework fully complies with LinkedIn's overarching User Agreement and native community policies.
While we actively institute intelligent API rate-limits and safety buffers specifically engineered to protect your account's integrity, you acknowledge that excessive synthetic automation outside reasonable human parameters may elicit algorithmic restrictions imposed strictly by LinkedIn. Plexaverse permanently disclaims liability regarding any punitive actions invoked by LinkedIn extending against your profile metrics or status.
03. Proprietary Data & Third-Party Bridges
Customer Data Rights
You explicitly retain all paramount rights, continuous title, and inherent interest over the data generated or uploaded via the platform. You grant Plexaverse a localized, royalty-free license to parse, compile, and securely transmit this specified data exclusively to sustain active service delivery.
Third-Party Platforms
By explicitly authorizing usage involving Third-Party Integrations (such as LinkedIn endpoints via OAuth configurations), you authorize Plexaverse to orchestrate communication pipelines. Plexaverse lacks persistent control over downstream data processing executed directly by these external third-party environments after successful exportation.
04. Generative AI Limitations
Underlying service pathways significantly leverage Artificial Intelligence models to autonomously draft digital interactions and synthetic visual content. Given the stochastic nature of Large Language Models, you recognize the following axiomatic realities:
- AI-rendered content may periodically exhibit hallucinations, present factual inaccuracies, or lack contextual social nuance.
- The user shoulders absolute responsibility to rigorously manually review, actively edit, and ultimately approve outputs prior to publishing loops.
- Plexaverse assumes zero cumulative liability for reputational damage or direct financial loss attributed directly to unreviewed, automatically published material.
05. Subscriptions & Edge Features
Billing Mechanics
Subscriptions are securely processed on an automated recurring cycle in advance. Users retain absolute autonomy to cancel upcoming logic cycles at any point. Notably, explicit refunds for utilized fractional monthly intervals are strictly unsupported.
Beta & Trial Offerings
Trial accounts and specific pre-release Beta modules are deployed entirely "as is" exclusively for granular evaluation heuristics. We reserve unilateral authority to summarily deprecate experimental features without preemptive notifications or guarantees.
06. Customer Indemnification
The Customer shall vehemently defend Plexaverse from any substantive claim erupting organically from maliciously uploaded Customer Data, egregious usage of a Third-Party API directly violating corresponding End-User provisions, or deploying Services entirely out of compliance with prevailing macro-legislations. You agree aggressively to indemnify and universally hold Plexaverse utterly harmless from any awarded damages or legal fees spawned natively from such localized breaches.
07. Structural Liability Constraints
Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are strictly proffered on an "AS IS" and distinctly "AS AVAILABLE" infrastructure. Plexaverse aggressively disclaims all other nebulous warranties—expressly including localized guarantees regarding absolute uptime stability, pure data fitness, or guaranteed commercial scaling metrics.
To the maximum extent permitted by foundational legal frameworks, Plexaverse's overarching systemic liability across all conceivable dimensions (whether categorized theoretically into indirect, consequential, punitive damages, catastrophic operational halts, or terminal data corruption) shall never exceed an amount mathematically corresponding to consecutive billing blocks strictly disbursed within the terminating term natively governing the incident's temporal window.
08. Governing Law & Disputes
This comprehensive Agreement is rigorously construed, persistently interpreted, and globally governed explicitly referencing the prevailing Laws of the Republic of India, completely eschewing external or overlapping jurisdictional conflict-of-law doctrines. Irrespective of localized user origination paradigms, both entities firmly consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction localized firmly within recognized judicial courts located directly within India for the ultimate resolution of intractable Disputes.
